Andy J. Scott is a Los Angeles-based photographer and videographer. His website showcases quiet, thoughtful portraiture—many of them feature artists in the L.A. rap scene—but his wonderful blog Without Magic reveals a keen eye that extends well outside of portraiture. Whether shooting rappers with studio lighting or exploring the nooks and crannies of Los Angeles with a point-and-shoot, Scott's work has a consistently hushed and beautiful voice.
